Terms of Service

Last updated: March 28, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Zendo Pay (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including store owners, collaborators, and customers.

2. Description of Service

Zendo Pay is a commerce platform that allows merchants to create online storefronts, list products, manage orders, apply coupons, and process customer checkouts. The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may sign up using an email and password or via Google OAuth. By using Google OAuth, you also agree to Google's terms of service.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

As a store owner or collaborator on Zendo Pay, you agree to:

  • Only sell products and services that are legal in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of your customers.
  • Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Fulfill orders promptly and honor any refund or return policies you communicate to customers.
  • Not use the platform to engage in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and data privacy regulations.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Zendo Pay to:

  • Sell illegal goods, services, or digital content.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Harass, threaten, or deceive other users or customers.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.
  • Manipulate platform features (e.g., coupons, pricing) in bad faith.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these restrictions without notice.

6. Payments and Fees

Zendo Pay may charge fees for use of the Service. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you are charged. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a transaction, you agree to the payment processor's terms.

Payouts to merchants are facilitated through third-party payment platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, or Paddle. The specific platform used may vary depending on your region or account configuration. By receiving payouts through the Service, you agree to the terms of service of the applicable payout provider. Zendo Pay is not responsible for delays, holds, or disputes initiated by these platforms.

Refunds are entirely at the discretion of the seller. Zendo Pay does not mandate or enforce any refund policy. Each merchant is responsible for setting, communicating, and honoring their own refund and return policies. Customers should review a store's refund policy before completing a purchase. Zendo Pay is not responsible for refund disputes between merchants and customers and will not intervene in such disputes.

7. Coupons and Promotions

Merchants may create and manage coupon codes for their stores. Coupon terms, validity, and discounts are set solely by the merchant. Zendo Pay is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or fulfillment of any coupon or promotional offer.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Zendo Pay, including product images and descriptions. By uploading content, you grant Zendo Pay a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload.

The Zendo Pay name, logo, and platform design are proprietary to Zendo Pay and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of Zendo Pay is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Zendo Pay does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zendo Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service—including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
